A single room typically takes 6 – 10 weeks from concept approval to handover. A full apartment averages 16 – 24 weeks, while large villas and commercial projects are planned individually based on scope and complexity.
Yes. We have delivered projects across Alexandria, the North Coast, El Gouna and the Gulf region. For projects outside Cairo, a site visit fee applies for the initial assessment — this is credited against the project cost upon engagement.
Absolutely. Our portfolio section on this website shows selected projects. We are also happy to arrange a private portfolio review at our studio, where we can walk you through full project documentation and material samples.
We provide a fixed-price proposal before any work begins. Variations are only introduced with your written approval. We manage supplier payments on your behalf and provide a full financial summary at project close.
Yes. We offer concept design, design development and construction documentation as standalone services for clients who have their own contractors. Full service coordination and quality oversight are also available as add-ons.
We work on projects of all sizes — from a single feature room to an entire villa. Our minimum engagement for full design and build services is a space of approximately 40 sqm. For smaller spaces we offer hourly design consultancy.
